Perceived Change in Job Demands and Resources and Teacher Well-Being during the Pandemic

Iris Marušić, PhD, Josip Šabić, PhD and Jelena Matić Bojić, PhD are the authors of the scientific paper “Perceived Change in Job Demands and Resources and Teacher Well-Being during the Pandemic“, published in the Center for Educational Policy Studies (CEPS) Journal.

Based on quantitative data from the EwaChange CSF project, in which more than three thousand Croatian teachers participated, the paper examines the role of perceived changes in job demands and resources in explaining the well-being of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
