The Institute for Social Research in Zagreb is committed to making its website (www.idi.hr) accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Programming Solutions for Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (“Official Gazette“, No. 17/19; hereinafter: the Act), by which the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2 December 2016) is transposed to national legislation.

The appearance and content of the accessibility statement is compliant with the content stipulated by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 of 11 October 2018 establishing a model accessibility statement in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (Text with EEA relevance) (OJ L 256, 12 October 2018).

The Institute for Social Research in Zagreb is working on remedying the observed non-compliances.

This statement was prepared on 20 September 2020 according to the Model accessibility statement, which is compliant with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, and is laid down in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
The evaluation of the website's compliance with the accessibility requirements is a result of a self-assessment of the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb.
