Project description

The overall objective of this assignment is to undertake two in-depth country reviews in Croatia and Spain with regard to their national approach towards the implementation of the Upskilling Pathways Recommendation. Findings from both countries will allow for a better understanding of the way the Recommendation is implemented in Croatia and Spain, supporting them in the identification of the main strengths and weaknesses of the work carried out so far in the direction of implementing the Recommendation. At the same time, the study findings will also provide support in expanding the knowledge on coherent and coordinated approaches to upskilling pathways for low skilled adults across Europe, enriching them with a higher level of details, and suggestions on the factors determining or hampering the success of upskilling pathways in different national contexts.
