School and Community – Final presentation of pupils of the city of Zagreb in the City Assembly

The Old City Assembly of the City of Zagreb hosted on 14 June 2023 the final presentation of the work of pupils involved in the non-compulsory subject “School and Community“ in Zagreb secondary schools. Pupils of 46 groups presented their work, which includes the selection of the problem, its exploration, gaining of expereince in the areas where the problem is happening and action related to the problem in the community.

The event was attended by the City of Zagreb Mayor, Deputy Mayors, Vice President of the City Assembly and Directors of City offices, institutes and services. We thank to all the teachers and pupils for the  studious work on and brave advocacy of their ideas and solutions in front of decision makers.
