Publication “Terms of Fixed-term Work“ with findings of the project “Work Fit for People“ is available

Teo Matković is the editor and, along with Katarina Jaklin, Jelena Ostojić and Sunčica Brnardić, the co-author of the book “Terms of Fixed-term Work: The Prevalence, Regulation and Experience of Fixed-term Contract Work in Croatia“. The book is a result of the project “Work Fit for People“.

The book encompasses contributions from various disciplinary perspectives that, based on multiple analytical sources, analyse the position of fixed-term employees in Croatia, and identify the aspects of marginalisation of the people engaged in this type of employment.
