Lecture by Katja Upadyaya, PhD of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University in Helsinki

This week we were visited by Katja Upadyaya, PhD of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University in Helsinki, who held a visiting lecture titled “School community's well-being“. Katya Upadyaya, PhD presented in her lecture the work of her research group on the well-being of teachers, pupils, principals and parents in Finland, which is based on the holistic approach to the research of well-being in education.

This visiting lecture is a continuation of the collaboration established during the mobility stay of doctoral candidate Dora Petrović at the University in Helsinki, as part of the mobility programme financed by the Croatian Science Foundation.
