Josip Šabić, PhD and Dora Petrović participated at the European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI) conference, which was held from August 22 to 26, 2023 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

They presented the results of the pilot research of the project "The role of personality, motivation and socio-emotional competences in early-career teachers’ occupational well-being" (TeachWell) in the poster presentations "Personality traits as determinants of early-career teachers' occupational well-being" (authors: Josip Šabić, PhD and Dora Petrović) and "Motivational determinants of early-career teachers' work engagement" (authors: Iris Marušić, PhD, Jelena Matić Bojić, PhD and Dora Petrović).
