Ivana Pikić Jugović, PhD held a lecture titled “Empowerment of Socio-Emotional Competences of Teachers and School Staff“ at a symposium organized by the Intercounty Expert Board of Pedagogues in Secondary Schools in Karlovac and Sisak-Moslavina County. She presented the main findings of the Erasmus+ KA3 project “Hand in Hand: Empowering Teachers Across Europe to Deal with Social, Emotional and Diversity Related Career Challenges (HAND:ET)“. The participants had the opportunity to participate in the practical training exercises for fostering wellbeing, which were created within the project. The lecture was held on 26 June 2024 in Karlovac.
