Iris Marušić, PhD and Ivana Pikić Jugović, PhD participated in NEPC’s 7th Primary Colors of Education conference “ARISE for well-being”. They held a presentation titled Supporting Teachers’ Well-being: Insights from Research and Practice, in which they discussed results of the project “Hand in Hand: Empowering teachers across Europe to deal with social, emotional and diversity related career challenges” and the Croatian Science Foundation project “Teachwell - The role of personality, motivation and socio-emotional competences in early-career teachers’ occupational well-being”.

The conference was held in Tirana, from 28 till 30 November 2023.
