Invitation to The 31st International Scientific Conference “Educational Research and School Practice“

Dear colleagues,

We cordially invite you to The 31st International Scientific Conference “Educational Research and School Practice“ - ICCS 2022 Results and implications.

The conference will be held at the Faculty of Education (Belgrade) on December 6, 2024.

The aim of the conference is to explore the critical role of Civic and Citizenship Education in preparing individuals for active and responsible participation in today’s complex and rapidly changing societies. The discussion will focus on the importance and characteristics of Civic and Citizenship Education, including its essential elements such as democratization, interpersonal communication and participation in various contexts (school, community, and global).

We encourage submissions from researchers, educators and policymakers from all sectors (academia, education, government, and NGOs) to share their empirical findings, theoretical insights, and practical experiences related to this topic.

The conference is organized by The Institute for Educational Research (Belgrade, Serbia) in cooperation with the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb (Zagreb, Croatia), Educational Research Institute (Ljubljana, Slovenia), University of Belgrade, Faculty of Education (Belgrade, Serbia) and Institute for Education Quality and Evaluation (Belgrade, Serbia).

The deadline for abstract submission is September 1, 2024.
