First round table discussion on equity and inclusiveness of higher education in Croatia within the TEMCO project was held

As part of the ESF project Thematic Network Lifelong Education Accessible to All (TEMCO) a round table discussion titled Improvement of equity and inclusiveness of higher education in Croatia: policy recommendations was held on Wednesday, 7 June 2023 at the University of Rijeka's premises on Trsat.

The Institute’s members of the TEMCO network who participated in the round table were Iva Odak, PhD, Teo Matković, PhD and Saša Puzić, PhD, who presented results of the research on higher education.

The round table was also an opportunity to present recommendations for public policies aimed at the strengthening of equity and inclusiveness in higher education in Croatia, which were outlined within the TEMCO project.

The conference was organized by the Association for the Development of Higher Education “Universitas“ from Rijeka and the Institute for the Development of Education, with support of the University of Rijeka. The draft of the recommendations is available at the link.
