Final conference of the MOJ DOM project held

The final conference of the MOJ DOM project was held on November 18 and 19, 2024 at the National Museum of Slovenia Metelkova.

At the conference, Anja Gvozdanović (IDIZ) and Emina Bužinkić (IRMO) presented part of the results of research into the contemporary understanding of the concept of home among young people in Croatia, which you can read about here: https://mojdomproject.eu/home-is-where-i-am-my-true-self/.

The conference also served to present the Moj Dom Educational Toolkit, intended for formal and informal education: https://mojdomproject.eu/educational-toolkit/, and created as a necessary step towards the understanding of complex historical, social, and political processes, fostering inclusive identities, and ensuring that young people better understand the importance of peace and living together.
As part of the conference, an artistic program was also held at the Dance Theatre in Ljubljana.

The documentary-fiction film “La Lunga Vacanza“ (Endless Summer) was screened and the play “Šivi“, created as a result of the project, was performed.
