Doctoral student Dora Petrović presented results of the CSF project TeachWell at the University of Helsinki

Doctoral student Dora Petrović presented results of the Croatian Science Foundation project “TeachWell: The role of personality, motivation and socio-emotional competences in early-career teachers’ occupational well-being“ within the mobility programme, within which she is staying at the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Helsinki. Dora also presented the topic of her doctoral thesis and briefly outlined the structure and specificities of the Croatian educational system. After the presentation, she discussed the similarities and differences between the Finnish and Croatian educational system and the social perception of the teaching profession. This study visit, as well as the research project TeachWell, are financed by the Croatian Science Foundation.
