Doctoral candidate Dora Petrović stayed at the University of Helsinki as part of the CSF mobility programme

Doctoral candidate Dora Petrović spent a month and a half on a study visit at the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of Helsinki under mentorship of Katja Upadyaya, PhD.

During the mobility, she held two presentations in which she presented the TeachWell project, the Croatian educational system and the topic of her PhD thesis. She attended two lectures on teachers' wellbeing held by colleagues from Finland and Germany, she analysed and discussed results of her PhD thesis with Finnish experts, and met many new colleagues in a related research domain.

The whole experience contributed greatly to the quality of the PhD thesis and the professional development of the doctoral candidate.

The study visit and the Teachwell project are financed by the Croatian Science Foundation.
